We are building a sustainable, secure Jewish future. As a registered 501(C)3, licensed to provide physical security, we provide boots-on-the-ground coverage for the community and by the community. Through our holistic, multi-layered approach to community security, we create a culture of strength, ownership, and accountability.
OUR security is OUR responsibility.
So Jewish communities may live and practice in peace.
By empowering the Jewish community with training, ownership, and professional standards. Security comes from within.
A multi-layered Jewish security model built on education, vetted teams, licensed professionals, insurance, and coordinated partnerships.
If every member of the Jewish community is a harder target, our entire community is more secure. We build awareness, confidence, and responsibility so that we can live with our heads held high.
Vetted members step forward and train hard, and are then embedded in the Jewish community so they will be there when it counts. CTMs show up at events, maintain presence in schools and synagogues, and respond whenever needed. These Team Members hold themselves well above industry standards, and volunteer their time as our community’s shield.
Licensed professionals handle the roles volunteers can’t cover. They bring consistency, accountability, and full-time coverage where they’re needed most.
Patrols maintain a visible presence across neighborhoods, backed by a 24/7 hotline. These teams connect sites, extend coverage, and respond quickly.

We work directly with local and federal law enforcement agencies and civic leaders to build coordination and trust that holds up over time.
Magen Am is a licensed nonprofit recognized by state and local leaders, maintaining active partnerships with LAPD, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, and the FBI.
We currently serve communities across Los Angeles, Orange County, and Phoenix, with additional cities launching as we continue to grow.
Our community members can participate through training programs, neighborhood patrols, and local initiatives.
